Kobi Nazrul Govt College,Dhaka
Kabi Nazrul Government College is just at the opposite of the Victoria Park, at Lakkhi Bazar.It was originally established at Dhaka by a grant from the Mohsin Fund in 1874 as Mohasania Madrasah in the model of Calcutta Alia Madrasah, and came to be known as Dhaka Madrasah. In 1915 it was converted into Dhaka High Madrasah. In the following year, its Anglo-Persian department got separated and became the Dhaka Government Muslim High School. With the establishment of the University of Dhaka in 1921, the school was upgraded into a college and got a new name, the Islamic Intermediate College.
It continued to operate as a school-cum-college till 1968, when the college section got separated to form a new institution named Government Islamia College Dhaka. After the independence of Bangladesh in 1971, the college was renamed as Kabi Nazrul Government College in 1972, and in the same year, it was upgraded to a Degree College.
It is one of the best colleges in Bangladesh

Bengali New Year or Poyela Boishakh
Bengali New Year or Poyela Boishakh (Bengali: নববর্ষ Noboborsho):
Poyela Boishakh is the first day of the Bengali New Year, celebrated in both Bangladesh and West Bengal and in Bengali communities in Assam and Tripura.
In Bangladesh, Pohela Boishakh is celebrated on April 14 is a national holiday. In West Bengal and Assam it is a public holiday celebrated on April 15.
Names
Bengali New Year is referred to in Bengali as "New Year" (Bengali: নববর্ষ Noboborsho, from sanskrit Nava(new)varṣa(year)) or "First of Boishakh" (Bengali: পহেলা বৈশাখ Pohela Boishakh or "First of Boishakh " (Bengali: পহেলা বৈশাখ Pohela Boishakh or পয়লা বৈশাখ Poela Boishakh). Nobo means new and Borsho means year.

Ashuganj (Bengali: আশুগঞ্জ) is a town in the Brahmanbaria District of Chittagong Division of Bangladesh beside the Meghna River.
The city is known for its power plant which generates much of the electricity for the country especially for the capital city. Ashuganj Fertilizer Ltd is on the other side of Ashuganj. It produces chemical fertilizer for the country. It is also known for Meghna Heli Bridge.
